# Request Support

Sometimes something is not working as intended or the website has updated which breaks our module. In these case make sure to open a support ticket to inform us about the error! When you have a problem, make sure to explain our error as best as possible when opening a ticket so we know more about the problem before we start asking questions.&#x20;

### Export Task Logs

When a task receives an unexpected or non-descriptive error, make sure to export the error log so we can find the error! You can do this by running the task, right clicking on it and clicking <mark style="color:yellow;">"Export Logs"</mark>. This prompts you to save a file on your harddrive. Don't try to open this file or edit it because it's encrypted you can't see what the file contains.&#x20;
