Everyone needs help from time to time!

Sometimes something is not working as intended or the website has updated which breaks our module. In these case make sure to open a support ticket to inform us about the error! When you have a problem, make sure to explain our error as best as possible when opening a ticket so we know more about the problem before we start asking questions.

Export Task Logs

When a task receives an unexpected or non-descriptive error, make sure to export the error log so we can find the error! You can do this by running the task, right clicking on it and clicking "Export Logs". This prompts you to save a file on your harddrive. Don't try to open this file or edit it because it's encrypted you can't see what the file contains.
