# Auto-Unlocker Guide

### Notes

We only support <mark style="color:yellow;">**Gmail**</mark> and <mark style="color:yellow;">**Outlook**</mark>. If you need an email provider added, open a ticket in the server.

* You can forward all your Best Buy emails to one email and you’d only have to set the filter under that email. If you do this make sure to add the email in the Gmail Username and Gmail Password fields in the task form. They are called Gmail Username and Gmail Password but it works with Outlook too.
* If your Best Buy account matches your email account then you <mark style="color:yellow;">**DO NOT**</mark> need to fill out the Gmail Username and Gmail Password fields. It will use your account details by default.

### Setting Up Gmail

<mark style="color:purple;">**Follow these steps to allow the bot to be able to grab OTP codes from your email, make sure when enabling these settings it is the right Gmail account.**</mark>

* Go to [**Gmail Settings**](https://mail.google.com/mail/u/6/#settings/fwdandpop) and enable IMAP.
* Make sure 2-Step Verification is [**On**](https://myaccount.google.com/u/1/security)**.**
* Go to [**Enable Less Secure Apps**](https://myaccount.google.com/lesssecureapps?pli=1\&rapt=AEjHL4Nyy9Ozejbqatelnah_brgdGS7e0SOW2RX9UQK2BesPxUtRFJFBedzBknAz5AxtMMuvIg-zIi4Ib3agugS48N6FVCLtCQ) and enable it. (May not work for newer Gmails)
* Create an [**App Password**](https://myaccount.google.com/u/4/apppasswords?)**​**

  * Select <mark style="color:purple;">**Mail**</mark> as the App.
  * Select <mark style="color:purple;">**Windows Computer**</mark> as the Device.
  * Click <mark style="color:purple;">**Generate**</mark>**.**

You will then see a pop up box of an app generated password like this:

<mark style="color:yellow;">**Copy**</mark> the app password in the box and <mark style="color:purple;">**paste**</mark> it into the form you are using. This will be used as your <mark style="color:purple;">**Gmail Password**</mark>**.**

  * Go to your [**Gmail Page**](https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/#inbox)**.**

*Then Click the create filter when you are finished.*

### **Setting Up Outlook** <a href="#setting-up-outlook" id="setting-up-outlook"></a>

For Outlook, all you have to do is set up the filter.

1. First, Go to your [**Outlook Page**](https://outlook.live.com/mail/0/)**.**
2. <mark style="color:yellow;">**Click**</mark> the <mark style="color:purple;">**settings icon**</mark> and search up rules. *<mark style="color:yellow;">**Click**</mark>* <mark style="color:purple;">**Inbox Rules**</mark>**.**

3\. Next, *<mark style="color:yellow;">**Click**</mark>* “Add new rule”.
